METS was developed for managing employee time and expenses. This tool facilitates and opens
a secure, two-way communication channel that allows field personnel to record time and expense
information via a web portal.
Managers can assign engineers as per the skill set required for an assignment. Time and expenses are captured for individual projects, which enables the monitoring of cost, reimbursement of expenses,
payroll management and project management. This improves the billing efficiency and clarity on
accounts payables. Employees can track their approval or disapproval status. This portal also keeps
a communication board open keeping them up to date on company information and news. METS
has been constantly upgraded and changed to maximize efficiency and helps reduce costs, increase
efficiency and streamline operations.
