MobileComm’s RST application provides internal recruiters and managers with an automated
means of locating qualified candidates with required skill sets, from the database of employees
and external candidates. This tool can search candidates with specific skills, experience on particular
technologies, equipment, vendors or operators.
MobileComm’s database comprises of large no of
candidates, and their availability and requirements can be stored, tracked and updated. This tool also
has a broadcasting feature that can be used to invite groups of candidates to apply for a particular
opening, or can be used to circulate a communication message to larger audiences. RST has three
main components:
• Advanced search engine
• Broadcast function
• Self building database and storage
Since the RST database is ‘self-building’, it reduces the time to identify candidates. Thereby improving
user’s ability to match and manage resources’ skill sets to deployment requirements.
